Ingredients:
4 cup(s) onion sliced |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
1/4 cup(s) flour |
6 cup(s) h20 |
1/4 cup(s) beef broth |
bread / toast |
gruyere cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Sauté onions in butter 2. Sprinkle with flour while stirring 3. Add water and broth 4. Cover and cook 20 minutes put in crocks 5. Cook add bread/cheese 6. Broil to melt cheese |
