French Onion Meatloaf

We wanted to use up the soup and came up with this recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. MIX all ingredients thoroughly. Shape firmly into 8 x4 loaf pan, or shape with aluminum foil in another pan, which is what WE did the first time -
3. BAKE 30-45 min or until done. Open after 30 minutes to spoon juices and check meatloaf.
