French Coconut Pie

I made this pie many years ago. It was in a, I think, dessert cookbook and I copie the recipe.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the pie shell in a bowl and mix well.
2. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
