4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350*.
2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs flour, sugar, coconut, and milk.
3. Pour into pie shell.
4. Bake until firm, about 45-60 minutes.
