A nice french bread recipe that is a little more heathy than store bought. Recipe is for a 1 pound loaf. Ingredients:
2/3 cup water |
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 cups bread machine flour |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast, made for bread machines |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in order from above. 2. Set machine for white bread. 3. You may have other settings as well, just set to your liking. 4. Enjoy. |
