Just like fresh corn...A little work but worth it.
Ingredients:
20 ears of corn, uncooked, cut off, make 10 cups
2 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Put corn, water , salt and sugar in a large pot. Bring to boil then boil 2 minutes. Let cool. Then bag, corn and liquid together. Freeze with bags standing up. About 2 cups of this frozen, will serve 3 people. You can freeze whatever amount you want.
