Freaky, Yummy Peanut Butter Yam Mix-Up (Sugar Free, High Protein

I try not to eat too much sugar, so I whipped this up for a good and quick meal when my stomach isn't up to food. I didn't know what to call this, because it's not a smoothie or pudding exactly. The hour is for optional chilling time.
Ingredients:
2 baked yams (regular poatoes do not work!) or 2 sweet potatoes (regular poatoes do not work!)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
2 eggs
1 few ice cube (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients but ice together in a blender. Add ice and blend again if using ice. Cool in fridge or enjoy at room temperature.
