I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon instant coffee or 1 dash of cold coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (1 scoop) or 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
ice, 2 handfuls
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Blend thoroughly.
2. Enjoy!
