Ingredients:

  • brandied apricot frappe recipe
  • 1 oz cognac
  • mix ingredients and add to a double cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. garnish with a cherry, serve with straws.
  • cognac mint frappe recipe
  • 1 1/2 oz cognac
  • mix and pour into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice. garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve with a short straw.

Directions:

  1. Fruit Frappe recipe
  2. 1 oz white rum
  3. 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  4. 1/4 oz creme de cassis
  5. 1 oz mandarin juice
  6. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, and pour into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice. Serve with a short straw.
  7. Fruit Rum Frappe recipe
  8. 1 oz light rum
  9. 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  10. 1/2 tsp creme de cassis
  11. 1/2 oz orange juice
  12. 1/2 cup crushed ice
  13. Pour the rum, creme de bananes, creme de cassis and orange juice into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
