Ingredients:
600 g lean ground pork
39 g old el paso chili seasoning
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
1 tsp garlic, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
6 large mushrooms, diced
400 g stewed tomatoes
Directions:
1. brown the ground pork in a saucepan and drain the fat
2. add all the veggies and stir until almost cooked
3. add stewed tomatoes and chili seasoning and heat to a simmer
4. add chili flakes and hot peppers to taste!
