Ingredients:
3 lbs stew meat
1 package onion soup mix
1 can beer
1/4 cup vinegar
Directions:
1. Roll the stew meat in flour and then brown in oil.
2. Seasoned flour may be used.
3. Put meat in pot with soup mix.
4. Add half the recommended amount of water (on the soup mix box).
5. Add beer.
6. Cook for 2 hours 45 minutes hours at 300 degrees F.
7. Stir in the vinegar and cook uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
