Fra Diavolo Antipasto Salad

Not for the faint hearted.
Ingredients:
1 cup prepared italian salad dressing
3 to 4 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
6 cups assorted vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery, zucchini, etc.)
1 jar pepperocini peppers, drained
4 ounces provolone cheese, cubed
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
4 ounces hard salami, diced
romaine lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. In small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, hot pepper sauce and parsley.
2. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves.
3. Add dressing and toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
5. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter.
6. Drain vegetables and arrange on lettuce.
