Four Layer Brownies

This recipe comes from my friend Zoey..........you will never believe this is from a box.......Yummers.
Ingredients:
1 package brownie mix
11 ounces cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar
16 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
2 cup cold milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Directions:
1. Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions using a greased rectangular pan.
2. Cool completely.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar then fold in 2 cups whipped topping and spread over brownies.
4. In another bowl combine milk and pudding mix then beat until smooth.
5. Refrigerate 5 minutes then spread over cream cheese layer.
6. Spread with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with pecans then refrigerate.
