Ingredients:
11 egg whites
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until foamy, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks (not dry).
2. Fold in sugar, flour, and vanilla quickly.
3. Bake at 350 in a tube pan for about 30 minutes or until the cake begins to pull away from the pan.
4. DO NOT OVERCOOK OR OVERBEAT!
