ANYTIME FRITTERS AND SUCH A BIG HIT WITH ANYONE YOU LOVE !
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover vegetables or 2 cups chicken or 2 cups mutton or 2 cups beef
5 -6 slices fresh white bread
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 big onion (finely chopped)
salt
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. TAKE THE LEFTOVERS IN A BOWL.
2. DRAIN OUT ANY LIQUID AT THIS STAGE ONLY.
3. USING WET HANDS, MIX IN FRESH BREAD SLICES IN THE MIXTURE TILL IT IS SEMI SOLID/DOUGH LIKE IN CONSISTENCY.
4. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, POWDERS AND SALT (IF NEEDED) NOW.
5. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE MIXTURE AND FLATTEN THEM OR MAKE ANY SHAPE YOU WANT.
6. (HEARTS/ DIAMONDS ETC.) HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THEM WELL TILL BROWNED.
7. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SAUCE.
