Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of mushrooms
4 slices of bread
4 thin slices of foie gras
heavy cream
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. With a little butter, grill the mushrooms in pan.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add the heavy cream.
4. Toast the bread and top them with slices of foie gras.
5. Place them on a nice plate and pour a little bit of the mushroom and heavy cream sauce.
