A very light and easy way to make a quick frosting for cakes or cupcakes. Very creamy and delicious. Ingredients:
1 (42 1/2 g) envelope dream whip |
1 1/2 cups cold milk |
1 (106 g) package jello instant pudding mix, any flavour |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a deep narrow bottom mixing bowl.
2. Beat slowly with electric mixer until blended, then beat at high speed until frosting forms soft peaks (4-6 minutes).
3. Spread on cake.
