Fluffy Cheesecake From Lubys Cafeteria

This is THE best no-bake cheesecake I've ever eaten, bar none! Found this online . Been a favorite of mine for many years. ENJOY!
Ingredients:
3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, room temp.
1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (i used a little more)
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
2 graham cracker pie crusts
graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Directions:
1. Cream together the first three ingredients until fluffy.
2. Blend in lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
3. Fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
4. Divide between the two crusts and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
5. Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
6. Cook time is the chill time.
7. Instead of the 2 crusts, I made my own crust in a 13x9 pan and made one big cheesecake.
