Okay foodies. I have never made this. I like things different and this is that recipe. I usually only use my buttercream frosting. But I do love marshmallow. I am not a peanut butter fan...unless it is creamy in my recipes and on my sandwich. Ingredients:
1 cup marshmallow cream |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
1/3 cup butter, softened |
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons milk |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, beat the fluff, peanut butter and butter at low speed till combined.
2. Increase the speed until blended.
3. Increase the speed to medium and add the sugar and salt, alternately with the milk.adding just enough milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable.
4. Beat in vanilla.
5. Makes enough frosting to frost 2 9 cakes or a 13x9 pan
