Who doesn't love peanut butter & chocolate with a little marshmallow thrown in. Yummy. A great desert that is sure to please everyone. Ingredients:
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 jar marshmallow cream |
Directions:
1. Combine the melted butter and cake mix. (Let the butter cool a bit before adding to mix)
2. The mix will be crumbly.
3. Set aside.
4. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture for the topping.
5. Pat the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9 X 13 pan.
6. Combine marshmallow cream and peanut butter, spread evenly over the crumb mixture in the pan.
7. Crumble the reserved cake mixture over top of peanut butter / marshmallow mixture.
8. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.
9. Cool and cut into bars.
10. Be careful to not overbake as bar will become to hard to bite through.
