Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon dried chamomile
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon lavender
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a small jar (I use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.
2. Add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.
3. Let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!
