Flourless Sugar-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Kinda like a healthy monster cookie, I really enjoy spiced oatmeal raisin cookies but cannot eat gluten. This recipe is also sugar-free.
Ingredients:
1 ounce butter, melted
1/2 cup honey or 1/2 cup agave syrup
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons flax seed meal (optional)
Directions:
1. Stir together butter and honey.
2. Add eggs, beat well.
3. Blend together dry ingredients.
4. Add wet to dry, stir until moistened.
5. Fold in raisins.
6. Scoop onto parchment lined sheet pans.
7. Bake 8-10 minutes 325*F convection (350*F conventional).
