Flourless Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies

Ingredients:
3 cups confectioners sugar
3/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
5 oz. bittersweet chocolate,chopped
1 and 1/2 cups chopped pecans
4 large egg whites (room temperature)
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven 325 degrees
2. in a large bowl,whisk together sugar,cocoa,and salt
3. stir in chocolate and pecans
4. drop by 1/4 cupfulls, 3 inches apart onto two parchment-lined rimmed baking sheets
5. Bake until cookie cookie tops are dry and cackled,rotating shhets halfway through
6. Transfer sheets to wire racks cool completely
7. store in airtight containers up to 3 days.
