Flounder in Lemon-Dill Sauce

PARVE.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp. smart balance 37% light buttery spread
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 scallions, chopped
14 oz. flounder fillet, frozen
Directions:
1. medium low heat, heat all ingredients except fish. stirring until margarine is melted and hot. add flounder. Cover and cook 5 -8 minutes until soft. Baste fish occassionaly.
