get the feel of bread while on low carbohydrates diet. adjust the stevia, which is a natural sweetener, to your likening.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 teaspoon stevia
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 soy flour
3/4 cup vital wheat gluten flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions:
1. pout the ingredients in to your bread machine in the order according to your manufacturer.
2. select the basic program, on light setting.
3. don't remove until completely cooled.
4. cut in slices and enjoy.
