Healthy granola with wheat bran, flax seed, and agave nectar
Ingredients:
4 serving
4 cups oats
1/2 cups ground flax seed
1/2 cups sunflower seed
1 cups sliced almonds
1/4 cups wheat bran
1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 cups almond butter
1 1/2 cup
Directions:
1. spread dry ingredients on a cookie sheet
2. Mix oil and almond butter.
3. Add 1 Tbsp cinnamon.
4. Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes.
5. Mix into dry ingredients..
6. bake for 20 minutes on 325.
7. Let cool
8. add dried fruit.
9. Freeze portion you aren't going to eat within 2 weeks.
