Flax and Wheat Bran Granola

Ingredients:

  • 4 serving
  • 4 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seed
  • 1/4 cups wheat bran
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup

Directions:

  1. Spread dry ingredients on a cookie sheet
  2. Mix oil and almond butter.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp cinnamon.
  4. Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes.
  5. Mix into dry ingredients..
  6. Bake for 20 minutes on 325.
  7. Let cool
  8. Add dried fruit.
  9. Freeze portion you aren't going to eat within 2 weeks.
