Good, grainy, sweet muffins. Edit 10/21/11: Thank you reviewers! Recently I am getting many reviews all of the sudden! I'm glad you like these muffins! :)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 ripe banana
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add the egg, oil, honey, and banana one by one.
4. Bake for 20- 25 minutes.
