Flautas De Manzana Fried Apple Burritos

TASTE LIKE A GREAT LITTLE APPLE PIE PUT IN A BURRITO.
Ingredients:
2 small apples, peeled and cut into slices
2 pears not to ripe, peeled and cut into slices
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup tequila
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 small flour tortillas
1/2 cup vegetable oil (add a little more if needed)
vanilla icecream
Directions:
1. IN A MEDIUM PAN MELT BUTTER. ADD THE SUGAR,CINNAMON AND TEQUILA , MIX WELL.
2. ADD THE APPLES AND PEARS
3. COOK TILL TENDER ABOUT 10 MIN.
4. PLACE A FLOUR TORTILLA ON A PLATE AND ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF YOUR FRUIT MIXTURE.
5. FOLD TOGETHER LIKE A BURRITO
6. CLOSE TOGETHER WITH TOOTHPICKS
7. IN ANOTHER PAN HEAT YOUR VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING. WHEN OIL IS HOT ADD THE FLOUR BURRITO ONE AT A TIME
8. FRY BURRITO ON BOTH SIDES TILL SLIGHTLY BROWN ABOUT 1 MIN ON EACH SIDE.
9. PLACE ON A PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN EXCESS OIL
10. SERVE WITH VANILLA ICECREAM
11. ( YOU MIGHT WANT TO ALSO POUR HOT CHOCOLATE ON TOP OF YOUR FLAUTAS OR YOUR FAVORIT TOPPING)
