Flat Belly Diet Grilled Salmon Steak

I made this in the oven with a roasting pan. I put water in the bottom of the pan and heated the oven to 400 deg. Then I lined the rack with aluminum foil, and baked the marinated salmon for 10-15 minutes. It was very tasty. The ingredients listed below are doubled from the book. Also, I used olive oil instead of canola oil.
Ingredients:
1 lemon, juice of
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon fresh dill
8 ounces salmon fillets
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Grill over medium heat or bake until the fish flakes (See notes above).
3. Microwave the leftover marinade for one minute and drizzle over the salmon.
