Flat Belly Breakfast Quesadilla

This is my favorite breakfast when I am really hungry in the morning. Maybe not for the breakfast on the go, but set your alarm earlier and start your day off right!! Great for the Flat Belly Diet-heart healthy avocado! Yum!
Ingredients:
2 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons low-fat mexican cheese blend
1/3 cup egg white
2 tablespoons salsa
1/4 cup avocado
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Cook egg whites and salsa until firm. (drain excess liquid over sink).
2. Place eggs on one tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Spread mashed avocado on other tortilla and place on top of eggs/cheese side.
3. Heat small skillet with cooking spray and cook quesadilla on each side until toasty and browned.
4. Slice in half and enjoy!
