Flank Steak and Potatoes

Inexpensive steak with loads of flavor
Ingredients:
2 flank steaks
2 tablespoons rosemary
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lb potato, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Boil califlower for 10-12 minutes.
2. Boil potatoes until done.
3. Add buttermilk as mixing together the califlower and potatoes.
4. Preheat grill pan/ grill to medium heat.
5. Mix rosemary, salt and pepper together.
6. Rub steaks with spice combination.
7. Grill on either side for 3-5 minutes, more if you like it more well-done.
8. Remove steaks and allow to set.
9. Pour in about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinager into pan and allow to cook out the seasonings.
10. Slice steak against grain.
11. Pour vinegar mixture over potatoes and steak.
12. Dive in!
