Flaky Blue Cheese Rolls W/Walnuts

GREAT little appetizers for any ocaision! Very pretty, too! :)
Ingredients:
2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon finely snipped parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 refrigerated pie crust, sheet
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons grated or ground parmesan cheese
finely snipped parsley (to garnish)
Directions:
1. For filling, in medium bowl mix together walnuts, blue cheese, snipped parsley and pepper.
2. Unroll pie crust sheet and spread filling evenly over the crust.
3. Cut pastry circle into 12 wedges.
4. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.
5. Place rolls, tip side down, on a greased baking sheet.
6. Can cover and chill for up to 24 hours if desired.
7. Before baking, brush rolls lightly with milk.
8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and additional parsley.(I prefer the ground parmesan for this.).
9. Bake at 425ยบ for about 15 minutes or til golden.
10. Cool on wire rack.
11. Serve warm.
