You don't need eggs to make pancakes! Serve with raspberry coulis and a bit of low fat whipped cream. Makes about 8 pancakes, two perfect servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions:
1. Set a pan on the stove, and turn the burner to medium heat.
2. Combine all dry ingredients. Add the milk and stir until the limps are gone.
3. Melt the butter in the pan, and pour it into the bowl when it has melted.
4. Make pancakes!
