This has been a Family favorite for many years. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean stew meat |
4 carrots, cut up |
4 potatoes, cut up |
1 cup celery, diced |
1 medium onion, cut up |
3 tablespoons minute tapioca |
2 cups water |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingrediants in Dutch Oven or small Roaster with a tight cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours. OR - Crock Pot on High for 5 hours. |
