Five Hour Stew

This has been a Family favorite for many years.
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean stew meat
4 carrots, cut up
4 potatoes, cut up
1 cup celery, diced
1 medium onion, cut up
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
2 cups water
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Put all ingrediants in Dutch Oven or small Roaster with a tight cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours. OR - Crock Pot on High for 5 hours.
