Five-Fruit Smoothies

Serve straight for kids and given a kick with a dash of something sparkling for the grown-ups.
Ingredients:
3 mangoes
3 papayas
7 ounces frozen mixed berries, defrosted
3 oranges, juiced
2 pink grapefruit, juiced
3 cups sparkling wine, chilled, to serve
Directions:
1. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the stone, peel the papayas and remove the seeds, then pass both through a juicer or whiz in a blender.
2. Mash the berries together then press through a sieve to get rid of any seeds.
3. Mix all the juices together and serve in chilled glasses with ice (give adults half juice, half wine).
