Japanese special fish rice. very simple taste and easy to make it. We eat them for special occasion (new years day, wedding, anniversary or birthday!)
Ingredients:
1 black bream or any other white fish
3 cups of rice
3 cups of water
some salt for taste
finely chopped ginger and spring onion for the toppings
Directions:
1. Put some salt on fish (whole or slice)
2. grill it
3. put rice and water into rice cooker or deep pan
4. and put fish on top, them rid on
5. take 15min to steam fish and rice
6. after steamed, get fish borne and mix fish meat and rice well
