Fish kebabs
Ingredients:
1 cup cubed fish
2 cups cubed vegetables
2 tablespoons yogurt
8 tablespoons tandoori paste
2 pita bread or 2 flat bread
mango chutney
Directions:
1. combine the yogurt and tandoori paste.
2. coat fish and veggies with the yogurt mixture.
3. put fish and veggies on bamboo skewers.
4. roast under broiler until well cooked (a little blackend).
5. heat up flat bread in oven.
6. serve with mango chutney.
