Fish Fillets With Caper Mayonnaise

A tasty fish dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet, white fish
2 teaspoons oil
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, minced
lemon slice
Directions:
1. Arrange fish on baking sheet.
2. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets.
4. Bake in 425F oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
5. Garnish with lemon slices.
