This is a busy person's soup and no one has to know.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. flounder
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. sherry
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Add seafood, 1 cup milk, salt, pepper & parsley to taste.
2. Let simmer till seafood is cooked (about 25 minutes).
3. Add both soups and 1 cup milk.
4. Simmer till all is blended together.
5. Just before serving, add sherry.
