Fire Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

I made this one night when my husband was working late and my son was at my moms...(there was no need to cook lol)
Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans
2-4 fire roasted red peppers (depending on size)
2 smashed garlic cloves
1/2 - 1 whole foil packet of sazon goya (untraditional but it's a special trick)
salt and pepper (to taste)
dash of balsamic vinegar or cider
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill and serve with pita crackers or veggies.
2. Simple and yet so yummy! Enjoy!
