Finnish Cardamom Sour Cream Cake

A dense pound cake
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sugar
2 drops almond extract
3 cups white flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar and almond extract.
2. add mixed dry ingredients gradually.
3. pour into a buttered bundt pan that has been dusted with granulated sugar or cookie crumbs.
4. bake at 350F for about 1 hour.
5. cool 5 - 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
6. sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
