Fingerling Potatoes With Warm Hazelnut Dressing

Potatoes with a warm nutty dressing. Heating the dressing intensifies the flavor.
Ingredients:
2lbs.fingerling potatoes,unpeeled,halved lenghtwise(6cups)
1/4c extra virgin olive oil
1/2c chopped toasted hazelnuts
4 large sage leaves,chopped
1/2t coarse salt
1/4t pepper
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in steamer basket over large pot of boiling water. Cover and steam 8-10 mins. or till tender.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over low heat until hot. Cook hazelnuts and sage 2-3 mins or until slightly darker in color. Add potatoes,salt and pepper. Cook until heated thru.
