A very addictive, healthy breakfast or snack. Any fruit goes well in this smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/4 silken tofu
1 cup frozen strawberries, about 8
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or use immersion blender. Puree until smooth.
