Filled Ham and Cheese Rolls

Can be made ahead, wrapped in foil, and then heated just before serving.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked ham (or ground cooked ham)
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickles
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 green onions, thinly sliced (include some tender green tops)
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 crusty sourdough sandwich buns, split lengthwise
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Spread cut sides of rolls lightly with mayonnaise.
3. On bottom half of rolls; spread a layer of ham filling, then a layer of cheese filling.
4. Replace tops of rolls; wrap sandwiches in foil; bake 15-20 minutes, until warmed through.
