Fill-Me-Up Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 cups fat free broth (i prefer better-than-bullion to make broth)
3 cups diced green cabbage
1 cup green beans
1 can diced tomato
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat in a large saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
2. About 5 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil.
4. Lower heat and simmer, covered, until beans are tender.
5. About 20 minutes.
