Filipino Style Fish Cakes

from my freind whos from the phillipines very tasty
Ingredients:
12 ounces tuna
1 potato
1 carrot
salt
pepper
1 red onion
flour
2 eggs
Directions:
1. coarsley grate the potato and carrots
2. Chop the onion coarsley.
3. Mix together the fish with above ingredients.
4. add enough eggs so mixture is coated well.
5. then add some flour and mix so that mixture is quite sticky.
6. add salt and pepper.
7. make fish cakes not too big and flatten with hand and drop in shallow oil.
