Fijan Baked Fish

Ingredients:
1 lb white fish
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Place the fish in a buttered fireproof dish.
2. Mix the onion, cheese, salt and pepper into the tomato puree and pour over the fish.
3. Bake at 350* until the fish is cooked. ( A good rule is to cook the fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.).
4. Garnish with the parsley.
