My variation of a appetizer I had while in Sonoma Valley. A quick easy and exotic appetizer to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
6 - fresh figs
gorgonzola
chives
prosciutto
Directions:
1. Cream together chopped up chives and gorgonzola
2. Slice figs in half put about 1 tsp of the cheese mixture on top of the fig.
3. Wrap together with a thin slice prosciutto.
4. Serve Cold
5. Tip: Put your prosciutto in the freezer for a little bit so it gets nice and cold. It makes it easier to slice.
