Fig Sauce for Pork Roast

Got this off a cooking show but I can't remember which one. Great with any type of meat.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups port wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 cup dried fig, chopped
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Put everything in a heavy bottomed pot.
2. Simmer until reduced by half.
3. This takes about 1/2 hour.
4. Serve over roast pork.
